We brought a new patient and were nervous about how our GS would respond but, due to the prelim advice of the doctor and the kindness of everyone, it was a very satisfactory experience.
I have had many vets over the years, but Avery animal hospital has went so far out of their way to actually show my animals kindness, and compassion. With 2 sharpei mixes, both full of anxiety, and 1 being a rescue with aggression when she is scared. Dr. Vesper took so much time outside of the medical care walking my babies, and sitting on the floor, just to win their trust. I now live 2 hours away, and there is no chance I would go to any other vet, especially for my convenience. I've even had emergencies, and drove the distance because I knew they would get the best care. Avery Animal Hospital has been an incredible experience. We see Dr. Fletcher who is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and responsive. Their puppy classes are extremely helpful. I cannot recommend them enough.
