Every time I take my fur baby here they treat her with the upmost care. They've basically kept our little lady alive. We can't thank them enough. Absolutely 10/10 recommend!

I took my dog here for some dental work with Dr. Tom and the experience was fantastic. From the front office staff to Dr. Tom himself, I could not have asked for a better team to handle my baby! Exceptional customer service and care!

My experience at East Hilliard has been excellent so far. Dr. Chris is very knowledgeable about pet rats and performed spays for my girls. Additionally, they were able to work another one of my rats in with a same-day drop-off exam when she had a sudden medical issue emerge which I was so grateful for! The techs have been great and the reception staff helpful.The general exam prices are a bit more than I was paying at my last vet, but prices for surgery and diagnostic tests were cheaper than the other. That tradeoff and the quality of care make it absolutely worth it. Also - the landscaping outside is beautiful!
