We had Dan out on Monday to look at the situation and give a quote, and two days later our tub drains perfectly (after not draining at all). Dan was professional, informative, efficient, and just overall great to work with.
John and Dan were both amazing from the time we contacted right through the entire process. They went above and beyond to help us despite our being outside their normal service area. John was great when we called and Dan did an amazing job on site and was so knowledgeable and helpful and explained everything he did for us. Cannot say enough good things about them. I wish we were in their normal service area because we would ABSOLUTELY use these guys for all our future plumbing needs if we were. And the cost was so very reasonable and fair. They are always immediately responsive and get me in as soon as possible. They do really good work are courteous and always cleanup. I had a new hose bib installed in a bit of a complicated place.
