Our company, Jon Edwards Steel, did a job for Accurate Maint. and Constr. at DSW for $97,465.00 and have never been paid. Job completed by February 2025 with no complaints from DSW or Accurate. We still have not been paid and Accurate is avoiding our numerous forms of contact. Will soon be contacting them by our attorney.

Subcontractors should approach Accurate Contracting Services with extreme caution. Our experience with them was disappointing and unprofessional. Their representatives pressured work performance without clear approval or payment guarantees, leaving us with completed tasks they later refused to compensate for. They then skipped out on the job with over $30K owed to our company never to be heard from again.
