“The owner and crew handle business professionally and with class. While edging my neighbor's yard, a crew member accidentally sliced our underground electric fence. An honest mistake by this worker without clarity from current customer. They quickly offered to fix the issue on site, and then agreed to cover the cost of repairs by my fence company so I remained within warranty.
