Had a very accessible floor drain that appeared to be a clogged drain. Guy came out and basically removed the drain cover and saw that it was the cover that had a build up of crud on it. Blocking the flow of water. Was there for maybe 15 minutes. Used my lights and my extension chord so he can see. They charge a 50 dollar service fee and charged 150 on top as there hourly rate. I dont know how their work is? But I can say the way they charge a customer is not very good! Should of been a 50 dollar service fee and that was all.

Corly was here at the agreed time was very professional and friendly, even when my 6 month old Labrador escaped and tried to join him under the kitchen cabinet. Hartville plumbing can be counted on to go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with the quality of their work.
This is the 3rd time I have used them. One time it was an emergency call and my wife was having surgery that day. When I got home from the hospital my hot water tank was replaced and everything was finished and completely cleaned up.

I have used these guys a few times and they have been by far the best in the area. From having a leaking pipe repaired to my water softer replaced and just recently flipping the plumbing around in my bathroom and installing a new tub. Everything that has been done is perfect. They are always on time and very detailed oriented. Highly recommend!

Had them come out with a problem in my basement toilet. They cleared the line and the toilet clogged again two days later. They came back and a week later it clogged again - they came back and cleared it out. 6 months later, the line clogged again and they did not come back out. I called another company and they figured it out in an hour. They ran a camera and found that the toiled didn't have the flushing power to get through the whole line. So, spent near $1000 to Hartville and it was the toilet the whole time. Now I spent more money for the other company to come out and still have to purchase a new toilet. Not great

I have used their services a few times and believe I have found a reliable and honest company. Corly has helped me out and fixed the things that need fixed and listened to my concerns . When you have an older home there is always something. Hartville Plumbing has proved to me that they are a company that will work with you. Diana will get someone out to you as soon as possible. Give them a try. You will be happy with the service!

Update 9/21 - moved up from one star to two stars as they did call back at 4:20. By this time, I had scheduled with someone else as I wasn't sure they would be able to have me on the schedule. 9/13 - called the company to schedule an inspection for two leaky valves in my house. They said the earliest they could get me in was the following Friday (9/22) between 8am-10am. I said okay schedule the service, and I'll just turn the valves before those valves off so they don't keep leaking.9/21 - called them twice to confirm appointment. First time, the lady that answered told me to call back again in an hour and a half when they get off lunch as she doesn't have their schedule on her. Called back two hours later, she left a message for them to call me back. Half hour later, I get a call and they tell me that they don't have me on the schedule for 9/22 and they have a fully booked day so they probably can't fit me in. She said she would call me back, but didn't reference when. At this point, I am beyond shocked. They didn't provide any apologies or exceptions. Edited: They did call back, but didn't present any apologies. I will chalk this up as an honest mistake or miscommunication. I would recommend calling the day before if scheduled out to ensure you are on the schedule. It's not a good feeling waiting for a service and inspection and hearing that it wasn't scheduled the week before.

Very professional and personable. They get the jobs done in a timely manner, especially the sewer and drain guy. The office manager is pretty, professional and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. You can't go wrong with Hartville Plumbing!

Called 3 times to get someone to come out for a plumbing issue because my landlord recommended them for service. I left a message the first time, never got a call back. Called a second time and spoke with a gentleman while the receptionist was on lunch and left another message, never got called back. Called again and spoke with the answering service and finally got a call back to schedule someone to come out a week later and they never showed up. Was unable to get ahold of anyone once again when I tried to see what the issue was. This company is unreliable and doesn't value others time or business.
