I thought my washing machine was leaking but it was the 2 hoses from my water softener. John came hours before the expected timeframe which was great. He explained everything to me clearly and what he was doing and why. John tested the water, checked the pressure and made sure there was nothing else I needed - the peace of mind is awesome when you call Coblentz.

Alex from Coblentz Plumbing did an excellent job. We had a backed-up kitchen drain that was causing water to come up through the basement floor drain. He was friendly, professional, and quickly cleared the problem. He also made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. Highly recommend Coblentz Plumbing for their great service.

The only issue I have with Coblentz is the cost of a tub repair. I felt that $262 was excessive to change a tub/shower converter. The part costs no more than $20 and it’s about a 30 minute repair. It would have cost $600+ to replace the drain stopper, which I opted not to do.
On the bright side, they have outstanding customer service and it was easy to get a quick appointment. The technician, Henry, was upfront with costs and very professional. I am satisfied with the work that was done but cannot understand the cost of a quick repair for an inexpensive item. Nonetheless, I would still recommend this company.
