I care take my boyfriends father and took him here 2x just this week for emergency, EVERYONE from Michelle at the desk to the nurses Diana and Megan ,Melissa could not have treated him any better,Dr.Drury was so nice and made sure that we understood everything, EXCELLENT CARE.
I love my primary care physician, Dr. Jane Blinzler, however the nurse practitioner that saw me before Dr. B came in was so unnecessarily mean. I understand that you have to work a 12 hour shift but I don’t understand why you’re upset with me about not knowing certain things and how my possible conditions correlate with each other or get upset when I do not remember discussing a specific topic previously. Lori has never been very friendly every-time I come for a visit. I almost walked out of my visit today before I was seen by the doctor. I have also had issues regarding the seven hills Gyno. I went up there tonight to have my 2 year old daughter checked out for constipation and the nurse was very rude and unprofessional. She got an attitude when my daughter started crying when she was trying to check her vitals. She was just nervous and this lady was a stranger so yes. She’s going to cry. She’s 2. She also asked me personal questions that weren’t none of her concern but from her demeanor she seemed like I don’t take care of my child (which I do) if your going to be in the medical field don’t come to work with an attitude towards your patients. Find a new job if you can’t handle it honey. 🫡
