I've read a few reviews i have to say I agree with everyone thats why I give 3stars in the middle. It's a hit or miss with Crossroads. I also have been coming to this office for 20 years. Some would say why if you have had horrible experiences? Well carrying . insurance there's far & few In-between pediatrics to choose from. If your 10 toes down for your babies then you'll be fine here. Know your rights as a parent and a patient. Don't be afraid to utilize your rights, here especially! If you get referrals make sure you follow up the staff is prompt about calling children services.

I’ve taken my son here for the last few years dr chang has been nothing but amazing too us and we love to see her, the front desk on the other hand is enough to make you want to turn away and find another place, very unwelcoming some of the women do not greet you and have zero expression when talking to you, we only come here once a year maybe so I’m not sure what it is maybe it’s just me? Don’t know but it makes me very uncomfortable, it’s a shame too because it’s literally a children’s office you think you’d be greeted with a decent attitude (btw just the front desk lady) besides that this office is very nice

They’ve been extremely patient and gentle with my son, and always make sure to make us feel comfortable there. I love coming to crossroads, and I would recommend it to anyone who has young children or who even... read full review
