Worst experience ever!! Monica is extremely rude. Walked in at 6:35pm to purchase my daughter a new pair of glasses & she instantly told me i have 10 minutes because she has to be somewhere. She then snatched the prescription & slammed it on the table. I then told her never mind if it was that big of an issue & she just kept saying well i have to leave, i have somewhere to be. I understand that completely but customers do come first & she had no right acting that way! Very unprofessional

Worst experience ever, very rude stuff. No sense of customer service. I had no idea I have to get a warranty for something they might broke while inserting the glasses in my frame. She crack my glass and stayed quiet until I ask her. Then she was told me that it’s not her glasses. I thought warranty was for something I damage for not them. NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!

[Phone rings]:Becca: Hello. Walmart Vision Center, this is Becca.Me: Hi, I was calling to schedule an appointment for my wife and I to...Becca: We don't make appointments here. We DO NOT have an eye doctor at this location!Me. Ok thenBecca: [hangs up phone]Me. you don't have to be rude about it...This used to be a good place to go for an eye exam, especially considering the west side one has such terrible reviews, but dang. Don't even try now. What do they do, if they can't actually give eye exams and write prescriptions? Just sell sun glasses?
