We DO NOT have an eye doctor at this location!Me. Ok thenBecca: [hangs up phone]Me. you don't have to be rude about it...This used to be a good place to go for an eye exam, especially considering the west side one has such terrible reviews, but dang. Don't even try now. What do they do, if they can't actually give eye exams and write prescriptions? Just sell sun glasses?

I have always taken my child to Dr Elkin at Walmart Vison. I had an appointment on Saturday. The appt was at 9:40 and we got there at 9:45 and the rude lady working told me that we would need to reschedule as we were late. I said 5 minutes!! I could understand if we were 15 or so minutes late but literally 5 minutes. She was very rude. I told her we would not be back. It’s sad that because of staff, Dr Elkin has lost 3 patients.

Dianna helped me tremendously! During this Crazy COVID-19 outbreak my glasses broke.... she was able to guide me through getting a new pair of glasses and made sure my needs were met! Awesome service from awesome people.
