Vinylmax windows are a top of the line product without the premium price. I work for a company that sells Vinylmax, and they are head and shoulders above any other window manufacturer I've dealt with. From their customer service's product knowledge, to my sales rep (John Thompson) who actually cares about our service experience and always has the answer to any question I've had. He also gets back to me via email or phone very promptly, no waiting in the dark with him.

We had a couple issues with our windows. Our installer put us in touch with Stephen from Vinylmax. He kept us updated on the repair and showed up exactly when he said he would. Knew exactly how to make the repair. Couldn’t be happier with the way they conduct their business.
