Based on the reviews, Tri-County Plumbing is a business where a person answers the phone and they are responsive. They were at a house within an hour for a cracked pipe and did a great job with the repair at a reasonable price. Bill and his apprentice were outstanding, diagnosing a problem within 10 minutes of arrival. Bill is professional, communicates clearly, honest, and straightforward with pricing. He is a true craftsman who takes pride in his work. Bill and Josh are excellent plumbers who did an excellent job installing a water heater and went above and beyond by noticing an issue with a sump pump piping and correcting it on the spot. They are fairly priced, ethical professionals that care about their customers. Customers trust the response to the problem and will always use them for plumbing needs. The fix was minor, affordable, and gave peace of mind. Customers highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again.
I have used Tri-County Plumbing & Air Conditioning for years and recommend them for any plumbing or AC needs. Today DJ successfully cleared our drain under the kitchen sink. He is always friendly, knowledgeable, and leaves the work area clean and tidy.
I couldn't be happier with the plumbing service I received from Bill & DJ. They were prompt, friendly, and did amazing work. Bill was able to restore water to my home while awaiting the full repair when others could not and made life so much easier for my family in I while dealing with an awful situation. They were able to provide the service in half the time others quoted and also very fair pricing. I will only use Tri County going forward because I know first hand they are the BEST!
