Just started going here as I moved and live in Indiana so it’s the closest to where I live. Initially went to get prescribed birth control again. Ended up doing an STI check. Came back today to get my birth control shot again. Got my shot, the receptionist was so sweet and patient, the nurses, gynecologist and everything was so sweet and patient. You will have a wait time, but that’s a given. It’s a place a lot of people use and anymore are short staffed. I’m happy with the way they did the shot, the way they went over everything and explained everything. Made me feel respected, cared for, and not embarrassed about anything. Would definitely recommend ?

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Hiccup with my scheduled time, but they fixed it promptly. I went for an IUD and it went great! Not something I'd do for funsies, but the staff definitely made it more pleasant!

I came to this location for a Liletta IUD insert in November 2020 and have zero complaints. Front desk staff was accommodating and attentive, every employee in the back was professional, polite and patient, and I was walked through every step of the procedure with care and attention. I highly recommend this location and it’s staff members.
