The Hamilton VA Clinic provides efficient and attentive healthcare services. Patients commend the quick check-in process, the pleasant and helpful staff, including Nurse Julie, Dr. Markus, and Audiologist Megan, who promptly addressed their medical needs. The clinic's convenient location, abundant parking, and excellent service from start to finish have left visitors highly satisfied, even those who typically use private insurance.
This morning ( April 26th) I had a 10 am Audiology appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early. Parking was abundant and location super easy to find. Receptionist checked me in immediately and I only had a 5 minute wait until I was called back.Megan (Audiologist) was very pleasant and found issue with my hearing aid immediately and I was back in my car at 10:15. Service was excellent from beginning to end. I typically do not use VA much because I have good private insurance. I was extremely pleased with my visit today.
I had fasting labs today. Apparently my blood sugar got so low I almost passed out and was having some issues. Everyone was so helpful and awesome. Thank you all so much! Without your help I'm sure it would have been a lot worse.
This is a satellite location for the Cincinnati VA. It is smaller and mostly for Dr. appointments. There are some facilities for basic lab work. The advantage is that it is small, and not nearly as many people. This is very helpful for those veterans who have anxiety about going to the VA. Not all specialists are available at the Hamilton VA however. We have had a few negative experiences with a few staff members being rude or dismissive, overall, however, the staff is nice and very much care for the Veterans they treat. It is about 20 minutes drive from the Mason/West Chester VOA area.
