These guys are great! They are a 4th generation family business. They are quick, honest, fair, and do great work! They were referred to me by a friend of mine. They have serviced my washers and dryer at least 5 or 6 times over the last few years. They are always on time, and honest. When they can fix it, they do exactly that. When it isn't worth fixing, they recommend you get a new one. Yesterday they turned down two repairs on my washer even though they had the part for problem #1 in hand because Thomas realized that problem #2 was a severe one. I called Pate because the dishwasher in our new house had no power. They were so helpful over the phone and guided me to the existence of a light switch that controls power to the dishwasher. I'd never lived somewhere where the dishwasher had a switch! Problem solved! Very appreciative and will think of Pate for any appliance needs in the future!
Pate fixed an issue with intermittent power to our dishwasher quickly and professionally. Tom was awesome and we will always use Pate now and based on their service would also now buy appliances from them!
