My daughter has a Samsung 4 door french door refrigerator Ice maker keeps freezing over. Tom from Pate's appliance repair said it is a design problem and changing the ice maker won't be a permanent fix. so he gave me his professional advice, didn't charge me so you can't beat that. He gave me a couple small things to try but it probably won't fix it. Samsung knows about the many problems and won't fix it. So much for a refrigerator freezer manufactured in Korea.... I will probably get some ice trays and make ice that way until she can afford a new refrigerator. Thanks again Pate's appliance repair I will remember you the next time I need an appliance repair!!!!!!!

These guys are great! They are a 4th generation family business. They are quick, honest, fair, and do great work! They were referred to me by a friend of mine. They have serviced my washers and dryer at least 5 or 6 times over the last few years. They are always on time, and honest. When they can fix it, they do exactly that. When it isn't worth fixing, they recommend you get a new one. Yesterday they turned down two repairs on my washer even though they had the part for problem #1 in hand because Thomas realized that problem #2 was a severe one. He said it would be smarter to get a new washer. He told me he didn't care where I got it, but offered me a very nice discount… read full review
