The studio offers a variety of classes from beginner's yoga, meditation, and classes that are more advanced. They also offer Thai Yoga massage. The instructors/practitioners are very well educated and strive to CONTINUE their educations to provide everyone with the best care possible.On Saturdays, they have a yoga class that incorporates the 12 steps of drug/alcohol recovery. *This class is free but donations are acceptedThey offer sooo many workshops as well.There is something for everyone at One Love Yoga.
We were looking for a great yoga class and found it! One Love Yoga is a perfect place to unwind and Angie is amazing! She really helps you find your center and block out the distractions of our hectic world. Just what we needed!
Angie is wonderful! I have been going for Thai Yoga massage sessions and it has helped tremendously. It is a beautiful balance of traditional bodywork & deep stretching...the best! The studio is both comfortable and full of great energy. A wonderful place to go within and move in a more positive direction of well-being. So grateful for One Love Yoga!
