Needs a 6th STAR! Amazing care and service. Lucy was communicative about the process and exams. She ensured I was comfortable. She was personable and friendly. Holly was a rockstar. She has this... superpower and can find the perfect frames! I would have never chosen them but she knew! Also. she explained why I struggled with my first pair. (exam and purchased elsewhere) I had anxiety about wearing glasses. My first experience was not informative. I did not feel rushed or pressured. She took the time to explain how I would use my glasses when driving, working, and how to adjust while wearing them. She broke down pricing and explained the costs. I had the very best experience here! I had kind of a complicated request which took a lot of time to figure out. Jill, the office manager, took the time to find the correct answer and to get it all sorted and processed even though she was the only one there and had a growing line. She didn’t brush me off but instead gave me wonderful service with a great attitude. Totally recommend!

I give congratulations to Holly and Lucy. These young ladies were so helpful before and after my eye exam. I like my glasses too. However I did not appreciate Dr. Marian Mekhaiel.
1. She did not wash her hands on entering or leaving my eye exam ( and yes, she touched my eyelid as she needed to shine the light in my eyes).
2. She did not address my concerns, which I still have. My left eye is still blurry on the lateral aspect and I have new, dark floaters on that side. Even with my new glasses.
