I have been to this nail spa twice so far, and both times it was a 5/5 service. I came here because of the reviews and requested a tech that many seem to like. Bee always does an amazing job and is able to recreate nails from any photo I show him. The environment is nice and everything is very cleanly. I have been to one other nail spa that was very unsanitary and the service felt rushed, resulting in my nails coming off in less than 2 weeks. At Lotus my acrylics last me 6+ weeks, plus they look and feel amazing. The price is fair when you know you will always get good quality and cleanly service from good people.
I've had the worst experience at nail spas, but this one is the cleanest, and nicest i've been to in a long time, Amber did my nails & toes and did an AMAZING job, and made sure i liked everything before she was done. everyone is so nice and friendly! 10/10 recommend, i will be comming back! Also, you are able to set up appointments online.
I have had my nails done four times now I always request Chris I get amazing results and he's always such a sweetheart. he always makes my nails look exactly as I requested or the picture I've shown him, I don't think I could go to anybody else, definitely recommend the place and I highly recommend Chris
