Our Bullfrog X-Series was leaking water pretty severely and Ken quickly responded via text and walked me through diagnosing the issue. Tightened a valve and the leaking stopped. Thanks for much!

Ken is by far the GOAT of Spa Repair. I spent hours looking for a service like his and encountered countless unresponsive people and some very dishonest people. Ken is neither of those things. I dealt with an issue on an inherited spa that was initially due to an electrician's poor craftsmanship.
