Techs were extremely knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. They explained what needed to be done and answered all my questions and addressed all of my concerns. They also addressed the problem with our gas fireplace logs (which was not one of their specialties). The fireplace worked but would intermittently turn off while in use. All in all since neither of us thought replacing the logs was warranted, for now I had them clean all the contacts and sensors and, hopefully that would solve the problem. Overall they did a great job.

Came home late one night to water seeping up from my kitchen floor. Yikes! We had a leak and had no idea where from. Called Dupps the following morning who came out within 3 hours to help identify where the leak was coming from and then fixed the issue! Bryan and Justyn were both nice and explained what they found, how they fixed it, and advised on some follow up next steps for us. Would absolutely use them again.

John came out and fixed a clog that we had. He also fixed a seal that we expected that we would have to fix. Not only was he able to come out within the same day, but he also gave us tips to help us in the future!
