Bartels Heating & Cooling

My furnace went out during the heavy snow period this year. Scrambling for someone to come repair it was like looking for a needle in a haystack. Bartels was able to get someone out the same day! Nick and Jim (the two technicians that completed our service) diagnosed a faulty control board (my furnace is 13yrs old and out of warranty), were able to quote the part and labor before ordering it, got it on order for me, picked it up from the supplier, and came back to complete the repair the same day. We purchased a large home a year ago and replaced all three HVAC systems with Daikin HVAC systems. Bartel’s bid was almost $25,000 less than HELP PLUMBING. The installation team was fantastic and we love our HVAC systems.

Today, Nick and John came out for our seasonal service to check our furnace systems. Very knowledgeable, experienced, and professional technicians. We are huge fans of Bartels and will soon be purchasing a Daikin system for our garage and possibly master bedroom.

I couldn't be happier with this company. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and fixed our problem within hours of calling. Brandon was awesome and got the job done. So thankful for this company and their help!!!
