“I purchased Yorkshire vinyl railing to install on my back porch with stairs and front porch with a ramp. The back porch went more or less according to plan (I am not very knowledgeable with this type of work). I am 70, but with my wife's help we were able to install the railing on the porch and stairs successfully.
The ramp on the front porch turned out to be difficult since the incline of the ramp was not straight, nor was it as steep as the incline of a stairway. When I ran into difficulties, I called customer service and they were very helpful. They went above and beyond my expectations to ensure that I had the correct parts for what I needed. With their help we were able to successfully complete the front porch and ramp.
This was a big project for us, but we are very pleased with the way that it turned out. It looks good and the quality of the vinyl railing, brackets and other components is excellent. I am glad that I chose Weatherables for this project and I will not hesitate to use their products in the future.“
