UPDATE - The company contacted me and seems to be getting ready to ship materials. And I'm feeling less nervous about them. I will update again after I receive order.I have placed an order, but I can't get an ETA. Called, and no one answers the phone. Emailed and no one replies. It is making me nervous. I see other good reviews and activity, so I'm hoping they are legit. I get it times may be hard to manage when under-staffed. But I am only asking for some basic information: The ETA on an order that has been already placed in their system. Surely they can see how important that ETA is to me.

I ordered 8' & 6' vinyl handrails with black aluminum ballasts. I also ordered 4x4 post sleeves. Everything was as advertised except for 2 things. The posts sleeves are not cut square on the ends,so the caps will not sit level. I put mine on the maitre saw and cut them even to correct. The biggest thing is all the handrails were not the same length therefore throwing off the width from the last ballast to the end of the rail. I had to measure each one and the trim down the longest side to match the other. You also need todo this if you are shortening the rail in order to get even distance on both ends. Not sure who or what cuts the material, but they need to be checked.

Wow! after going through a complete remodel of our house and dealing with all of the shortages and delays. I was astounded when not only did they have the product in stock, but we received it lightning fast. Over the moon with the quality and price. I ordered over the phone and the rep, "Vince" was amazing, very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a problem with one of the pieces and they made it good wihtout question! I am very impressed and would highly recommend them!
