Recent order for vinyl railing had two mistakes; wrong size spindles and incorrect brackets. However, customer service reacted immediately with replacement parts upon notification. Need improvement with order verification, but excellent customer service made up the difference, in my opinion.

Last year we purchased a privacy fence. This year, we purchased railing. Weatherable is a remarkable product at a reasonable price. The quality is amazing. There are metal poles to place to each rail section. The screws that come with your product will not go through that pole. Make sure you have plenty of drill bits, it's thick metal and this will make your project so much easier. Part of our project is on a slope. We should have bought smaller sections and more poles for this area. It was our mistake and we made it work. We're still very pleased with the finished project.
