Our experience was absolutely awesome! Everyone was extremely attentive and informative. Procedure expectations were explained in detail which made things go a bit smoother and eased my son’s anxiety. April was very helpful and my son was in great hands with her! From my initial call to setup an emergency dental appointment, in which the accommodated my schedule not once but twice (do to my pain becoming worse), to me setting up my follow up appointment, and every step in between; I was treated with so much care, and professionalism. This was my first appointment, and I can confidently say that I have found my new dental family!

Missed appointment fee escalated immediately to collection threats instead of reasonable resolution. Poor communication and unprofessional handling of a minor issue. Would not recommend.
