Todd is AWESOME! We had multiple inspections for different houses and his thorough knowledge and experience, each one of the houses were a no go!
Each inspection was that way, here is what I found and here is a person you can call if you want a 2nd opinion. He had no issues with me there asking questions during the process. I did tease him about getting a multi-house package since we had 3 but in all seriousness, worth the investment! 5 Starts is not enough!

Todd was punctual during the reservation and day of inspection process. His price was comparable to others, and I loved the fact that I was supporting a local owned business man. His work was thorough and quick. I think the inspection lasted about an hour and half. Highly recommend!!!

Todd was very professional. He arrived early and was flexible enough to return the following day after weather and construction timing were against us. He allowed me to join in on the pre-drywall inspection and commented on where there were issues and level of concern.
