Worst place for BCi fbi background check taking more money then other locations told the lady three times adress she is printing is wrong also gave her a filled form with my adress even then she wrote a wrong adress she was so rude when i told her she did this mistake she said now file a new application for 94$.... wasted our time and money ...

Pro Health Care Services is a great company to be employed with.The staff is excellent and always available to assist and resolve all myquestions and concerns. Appreciate the care from nurse Angie for myclient re-certification evaluation's are always done in a timely managerwith much concern for his over all wellbeing, Pro Health Care staff is very family originated.Through out the year, I receive updated medical informationto help me provide better care for my client.Vicki Grant-Home Health Aide

Working for Pro Health Care Services has been one of the best jobs of my career. I feel valued as an essential member of a very well organized team. I'm kept informed of everything I need to know, and the office staff responds quickly to questions and requests. They have created a respectful, happy work environment for everyone both in the office and in the field.

Do not use this company. They are terrible to their staff and especially their consumers. As a parent they have terrible bookeeping and can cause you to lose care due to their inability to file the correct forms and conduct follow up. Not only did my child lose hours of care for over 30 days because they did not file for his renewal with the state in over two years....but we lost the besr aide. The COO Eddie is rude to everyone amd the owner LuLu is clueless. An Attorney General inquiry is being conducted.
