From start to finish, Bernie (the technician/installer) was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with all of my naive questions. Any time I reached out to the main office the customer service was great, as well.

I filled out the contact page on line on 5/2, had a call from Austin within 2 hours and he was at my house within the next 2 hours. He completed the tests right there and explained everything.
