Excellent service and care for my kitty, Tuffy. They were able to see him within just a matter of hours when I called. I truly appreciated the care given to Tuffy.

I've been a loyal client for 20 years, and after visiting with my new pup last week, I'm even more impressed. Dr. Evans has completely transformed the clinic since taking over a few years ago. The previous owner rarely explained much or ran tests, often prescribing the same antibiotics repeatedly. But Dr. Evans is thorough, using her extensive knowledge to diagnose and treat effectively. She takes the time to explain everything and offers options that fit my budget. The new building has everything you'd expect at MedVet but at incredibly fair prices. If you're in southeast Columbus, give Dr. Evans a try. Highly recommended!

This place is A+, and that’s all I’ve got to say. Just kidding I’ve got a ton more to say. I’ve been going to Groveport Animal Clinic for 20 years now. I just took my newest pup last week and got to check out the new building. First and foremost, even without the new building, Dr Evans has completely transformed the clinic for the better. The previous owner wouldn’t ever explain much, run tests or anything. Tancred gave my dogs all the same antibiotics over and over for any issue. Most of the time it would come back and I’d be right back in his office. But that all ended the day Dr. Evans took over a few years ago. She’s very thorough in getting to the bottom of the issues with her expansive toolset, super helpful in explaining what is going on with my pups and what the different options are to fix the issues based on my budget. The prices are very fair for the care they provide. Honestly I’m pretty sure they can do almost anything Medvet can … except at 1/4th of the price! X-rays , ultrasound, lab tests .. man that new building is state of the art. If you live on the southeast part of Columbus just end your vet search now and give Dr Evans a try.. can’t recommend any more highly.

Dr Rivers team got my baby in for a same day appointment that ended up saving his life. Dr. Rivers is human, empathetic and kind - all of the things you would want to take care of your fur baby and be in the know . She helped us in a crisis and helped guide us to a hospital for ER Surgery with overnight care. Thank you! We are home and healing now that’s to the quick action of her and staff. See you Monday for our follow up care. :)

New facility makes easier to enter an exit. But you remember how expensive pets are when you go to the vet. Thanks for the help with my k9s.

Hello, my name is Freyja, the cat. I get super nervous about going to the vet, but my mom told me not to be scared of this place. Meow-please. That's what moms always say about the vet.
Mom loaded me up in my crate and fed me my fav snacks. Well, she tricked me by putting the snacks in my crate, but I forgave her for trapping me.
Car ride wasn't fun. . . At all. Mom thought I was sticking my tongue out to be cute, but in reality, I was about to throw up that very snack she just tricked me with. :]
Anyways, when we got there, everyone loved that I had no hair. I was the queen of the place. Everyone felt my amazing skin and gave me plenty of love. They scooped me up and took me in the back room. With all the loves I was getting, I didn't even realize that pointy thing they poked me with!!!! They gave me my deworming meds, checked my teeth, and I was on my way! I guess mom was right! I actually enjoyed the vet. For all my furry friends (or hairless friends like me), I 10/10 recommend!!!! Now, here's a review from my silly doggie sister, Dixie Doodle:

I adopted a new family and wasn't feeling really good. I had some potty problems, and I was getting skinny. I wasn't eating really well and I wasn't playing much. I didn't even want my grilled steak! I was pretty sick. ?
The family I adopted tried everything, but nothing was working. So she took me here! I was scared and kinda peed on my doctor. I'm super sorry. I promise I'll try not to pee next time! ♡
Even though I peed on my doctor, she was super nice. She figured out I had wormies ? ? ?
Hmmm. I wonder how I got those things?!
So they gave me yummy peanut butter meds to help with my belly aches, shots, and worming meds. After a week, I got to show the family I adopted the true me!!!! I had the zoomies (running everywhere) playing with the kids and ate all my steak!!!!!! I was super happy to show my humans my true, super outgoing self.

Double the price for what you can get any where else. Text me asking about my pet. I said things are not well. Aaaaaand no response. Swept under the carpet but the check cleared so all good. Recommend them to no one.

The front desk receptionists, are friendly and professional, when they are answering the phone and greeting you when you come into the office. I also noticed, everyone has a good attitude and are very patient with the clients and their pets. That means a lot to me. It shows that the employees are compassionate, kind, considerate, and nice. Thank you.
