    I trust them. They are fantastic. Great communication. They explained everything, and did everything they promised. They completed our truck on time as promised. I will take all my vehicles to them.

    Been bringing my car to them for over a year. They have always done amazing work, stayed within what's quoted and never treat me as if I don't know anything. They go out of their way to explain things and answer questions so there is a total understand of the goings on of the repairs. Highly recommend this shop for sure!

    Charged a $160 impound fee on a rented uhaul, requested proof of tow. Stated the truck was in fact not towed, and that they moved it in time before it got towed. Still charged the $160 impound fee despite the truck not even being towed. We parked the truck in the exact spot that we picked the truck up, in the parking lot owned by the business.

    Update: owner is commenting spam bot on negative reviews. I’m not a bot, I called to request proof of tow and the employee stated the truck was parked in the wrong spot and they had to move it, but why would we be charged an impound fee and not simply a service charge?

    SECOND UPDATE: screenshot added. Personal information removed for privacy reasons.

    Third update: as you can see on the screenshot, Best Way Automotive LLC is the u-haul dealer that is responsible for these charges. They charged an impound fee when the u-haul was not towed. They are attempting to claim that they are not responsible for this negative experience.

    Shared UHaul rental to pick up items from estate sale, charged $160 for moving the U-Haul after telling us it was towed and it wasn’t. Beware of deception in the U-Haul rentals available from this shop.

    Quoted over $400 to simply change a transmission filter. This place is just like every other shop and business these days, charging a premium for routine maintenance and overestimating how long jobs actually take. Hour and a half? It can be done in 45 minutes in a house garage without a lift. I bet you still charge people the full rate even if you don't take the full estimated time because you are dishonest and primarily concerned with your profit instead of serving the community you're established in. The only reason I wanted you to do it is because my job keeps me too damn busy. I'll do it myself though. Pretty sure I heard you say "that's a shame" when I said my car doesn't have a turbo too, like I even care about your irrelevant opinion on my car. And then you want to argue with me about doing the work. It is a MYTH that changing your filter at any amount of miles will damage the transmission on modern cars. You are lying and trying to be smart.
