TL;DR: Botched balayage bleach job, ghosted me after asking for refund.

Full story: I saw Miranda for a balayage and haircut, what I left with was a mess. I showed her photos of how my balayage usually looks, as I've been having it done for the last 10 years. I like to have it bleached at a salon so I can go home and add some vivids. I let her know there was some grown out balayage from a year ago, as that's the last time I had it done. She didn't seem to have any concerns about that.

Jordan has taken so much time to help me understand make up and how to apply it!Her videos make putting on each product so easy!She is dedicated to her job and is there whenever we need her.So thankful for this woman.

This gal... she is so sweet and genuine and KNOWS. HER. STUFF! I had been sitting on product for months that I had no idea how to really use until I started following Jordan. She is helpful, fun to follow and I will recommend her over and over! Plus, it helps that the product is amazing!
