Yesterday, I went into this particular Ulta Beauty in Grove City and let me tell you, I could not be more pleased with my visit. I couldn't be more satisfied in any way and on top of that, I left feeling hopeful because of Bogart. The last time I went to Ulta, it was the one in Hilliard, and they treated me and looked at like dirt. I asked for help and the woman begrudgingly gave it. Nope. Not going back there! Here's the thing- I am a middle aged woman with a tyroid issue that causes me to have hyperhidrosis. This place has everything, and they take the time to explain everything to you and always help me with my wife's to-do list. I'm very thankful for all of them and the staff is always amazing.

Great location, even better service. Raylee helped me tremendously. Talked me through every product, tailored to my specific needs and skin tone. All of her suggestions were wonderful. 10/10 recommend her if you’re looking for help with makeup, not just to buy products!
