Terri was very friendly on the phone and got me scheduled for a same day appointment in a 4 hour window, which she acknowledge was longer than usual due to the busy Monday. Rob gave me a courtesy call before arriving. He used shoe guards when in my house. He diagnosed the problem quickly, helped me weigh my options, without pushing me get additional services.
