I brought in my laptop for assistance earlier today. I have been locked out from the home log in screen despite many efforts by pretty tech savvy family members to resolve the problem. Cristian assisted me in addressing the problem. He was patient and knowledgeable. In a relatively short period of time he had it fully resolved and operational again. I have had previous good experiences at this location as well. It’s a wonderful resource. So glad they are here in Grove City!!

Came in to get my tablet screen repaired was told by Apple that I’d have to get a whole new tablet. They told me they could repair the screen. It was just over $100 and that it might take a day… They called me about four hours later and they were done. They were quick. They were friendly and the tablet looks amazing like new again..

This is my third MacBook purchase from Strictli Tech, and once again, Tony and his team exceeded all expectations. I was looking for a specific MacBook Pro for my son’s school programs, and Tony’s expertise was invaluable—he helped me pick the exact model that would handle the software requirements.
The ordering and financing process was a breeze, but we hit a major snag when UPS delivered the package to the wrong address. While UPS only gave me a claim number and very little help, Tony took it upon himself to investigate. He tracked down exactly where it went and made sure I finally received the laptop today.
