My mother was made to get up herself off the mri table with them knowing she needed help these are there exact words *we are not messing up our backs to help you” so she had to get up herself which led to her back feeling worse we came here for help and all they did was not care about how that effected her.

It was my first time going there was really disappointed I was there for 5 hours I asked for pain meds 2 times and only received it when I was released I was told to just call another doctor the next day so I can get a follow up on what I had came in for. The pain was getting worst that later that same night I had to go to a different emergency room because I was not about to go back there and what I had was so bad that where I went they had to do surgery on me. Like why didn’t Ohio health do that for me? I honestly think that since I look young to them they probably thought I was stupid enough to just go home and make there job easier so Please I really don’t recommend to go here at all you never know what could be going on and they just send you home so unprofessional.

Changed process and now 2 bills? Really. Could have warned patients that are regulars. Will be shopping for another lab. It's too bad. I really liked coming here.

Unfortunately, this office has an issue with scheduling appointments at 730 telling their customers to arrive 15 minutes early and not able to get into the building. Or able to Check-in for their appointment I. Generally wouldn't complain about this. However, I work a very demanding work schedule. So when I schedule an appointment I expect to be able to be seen within 10 minutes of that appointment. Obviously not the case here. I will be finding a new doctor outside of ohio health!
