Do not purchase...waste of money! Horrible customer service!! We had our garage done last year, early 2025 and within 3 months it was crumbling and had several holes where you could see the original floor!! Called the company and after MANY attempts we finally got a tech out to "repair" it. He thought the floor was many years old...not 6 months old! He said his manager would call us to set up a time to seal it again. That was June, 2025 and no one has contacted us!! And, where it was repaired, it is crumbling again!! Worst buying decision we have ever made...$9900.00 down the drain!! Do NOT waste your money like we did!!!

Nature stone turned out to be a beautiful floor covering for our garage. We were able to select specific color from some optional choices which matched our house.
Installation took only one day. We also had stairs going into mudroom from the garage covered with nature stone. That made everything look the same

I had a Nature Stone (NS) floor put into my laundry room. The floor came out very nice so they can get a recommendation. However, I'm not totally pleased because they left me hanging by not putting my washer, dryer, and sink back into the laundry room after the job was complete. Verbally, my salesman (Josh Rees) explained to me that while it was on me to disconnect the appliances, NS would reconnect everything back afterwards. So I never thought about it again. When I got the contract, I believe I read it through, but somehow I missed where he snuck in that the moving of the appliances was only "one way" and it was all on me.
