I was checking out the hospital today to evaluate whether or not I wanted to go there for an upcoming prospective surgery. I was visiting and was very promptly and very rudely talked down to by front desk, who said I can't visit unless I have an appointment. I was then met with a barrage of intrusive questions that felt like an interrogation, making me feel very uncomfortable. I almost cried due to the disrespect. Needless to say, I will not choose Mount Carmel for my healthcare needs. Just, wow.

I had the best therapist ever. Kevin was everything and more that I could ask for. Left every visit feeling good about my rehab. Soft spoken and very professional. He is a great asset to the facility. I'm telling you the world could use more people like him. The world is better with him in it.

I was in the hospital and rehab for almost a month. Had emergency surgery. Angie helped me to "open up my chest" so I can breathe better. Very gentle but...wow! Feel better than I have in years. Thanks!!

Jill Geric, the pelvic floor therapist, is nothing short of amazing. My quality of life improved by leaps and bounds thanks to her skills. Pelvic floor therapy is a little, um... personal, if you get my drift, but the process is never awkward with her thanks to how friendly, empathetic and engaging she is.

I started going here recently for physical therapy for my neck. Scheduling was fairly easy as they reached out to me to schedule my initial appointment. They have a parking lot, but it may be a little confusing to find the suite as there are other suites in the building.My current therapist has a tight schedule along with my work schedule so it has been hard to schedule my two times a week with her. Angie is a miracle worker though! She truly does care about your well being and helping you with whatever problem you have. The office staff is very nice too! Highly recommend them if you need PT.
