“Just had new carpet installed today from Grimes! We are so pleased and the crew that came for the installation was fantastic. Richard and Jim were super helpful with making my final carpet choice and measuring/estimating. This is the second time we have purchased carpet from them and will for sure come back!“

“Do not purchase...waste of money! Horrible customer service!! We had our garage done last year, early 2025 and within 3 months it was crumbling and had several holes where you could see the original floor!! Called the company and after MANY attempts we finally got a tech out to "repair" it. He thought the floor was many years old...not 6 months old! He said his manager would call us to set up a time to seal it again. That was June, 2025 and no one has contacted us!! And, where it was repaired, it is crumbling again!! Worst buying decision we have ever made...$9900.00 down the drain!! Do NOT waste your money like we did!!!“

“Vic and his team were excellent. We hired them to rescue a new hardwood floor instal that had gone terribly wrong - the contractor walked out when we asked him to stain the floors to match the existing (this was the agreement and why he was hired in the first place!). Anyways, Vic and his team came in and corrected all the mistakes, sloppy craftsmanship etc, and blended the floors to existing hardwoods beautifully. If I had known I would have used them to start! Highly recommend!“
