Burn Within is such a warm and inviting yoga studio! I was looking for a space to relax and bring more mindful movement into my day, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. I’m so glad I took the leap to join — you won’t be disappointed!

I love this place! The owners are easy to talk to, down to earth, and they take the classes right along side you. All of the instructors are amazing and there are so many different types of classes to choose from. My favorite is the Barre class for something fun and upbeat, but I also like the Power yoga and Hot yoga. I honestly look forward to going each week.

This is an amazing studio. The best reward after a hot class is the cold lavender towel. 💜 If you take Kendra’s sculpt class be prepared to sweat and have fun. Good vibes all around!
