We were able to schedule the appointment within 24 hours of calling. Mike was able to quickly identify the problem and fix it in a very timely fashion at a very fair price. Everything has been working fine since he fixed it!!!
The lady at the desk was extremely sweet! However even though I understand that everyone has to make money. I felt completely taken advantage of! I was quoted 800$ for a aerator swap. Thank goodness i mentioned this to my neighbors another company came and did it for less then 500$. I understand hourly wages but I feel charging people 400$ for 20 minutes of your time is unacceptable. Especially when the company knew the medical financial burden in currentlh going through.
