I believe I already left a review. But have no problem in doing so again? I was very pleased with the entire process and most of all with Tim, who is respectful and knowledgeable, he quickly diagnosed the problem and explained it in a way that was understandable as well as the solution that needed.

Amber called and was right on time. She was able to fix the problem we had with the ice, but to fix the paddle on the ice dispenser would have cost $350 to buy a new unit. We decided not to do that. It was good to have that option though.
