Amber gave a time when she would arrive and made it right on time. Had the part available on the truck and made the replacement, recalibrated the washer, ensured it was working correctly before leaving. We'll done!

Kellen was professional and courteous. He thoroughly checked out our washer which had been making odd noises and verified machine was ok.He also repaired our dishwasher which had quit working. Very satisfied with the service we received.

No real complaints about the service as everyone was extremely professional. My issue stems from the being told the parts would not be in until the 20th. However, also seeing updates from my Home Warranty Company that they were in on the 14th. Wires were either crossed or misrepresented. The tech was awesome though so still giving 5 stars for that.
