Dr. Marcum is amazing. Treated us and our pup like family. Amazing staff and clean facility. 10/10 recommend.

A friend recommended this clinic for my cat. Dr. Marcum was very friendly and nice, along with the staff. My cat is a jerk and needed sedation (does the worst in vet clinics) and once everything was said and done, took about an 1 1/2 hours. Would have been less but my kitty really liked his sedation and didn't want to get up. The prices were very reasonable and really good communication. Highly recommend!

The staff are exceptionally great! Everyone was friendly and greeted me at the door. Dr. Morris took her time to thoroughly explain my puppies wellness exam and gave great advice for training a new pup. Staff were also very attentive to my kiddos. Highly recommend this clinic.

Best vet center I have ever been to. They gave certificates when my cat Smokey went into surgery about how brave he was. When he passed away, all the vet techs seemed so nice and caring. Dr. Morris is the BEST vet and she helped extend my cat’s life by much longer than expected. They also gave us cute keepsakes like a paw stamp and a bottle of fur to remember Smokey. She knows what she is doing and is great at her job. I would absolutely recommended this vet’s office. We will be taking our other cat here and continue to appreciate and remember everything Dr. Morris and her staff did for us! Praise the Lord for her ?

Dr Laurinda Morris is such a kind veterinarian. Our dog knee slipped out and she gave us options on how to treat him.

Don’t expect a call to discuss lab results directly with vet! ?. I’ve been seeing Dr Morris for as long as she’s been at this clinic and the previous vet there before her - 23 years. I’ve always liked her as a vet and trusted her medical opinions. Staff used to be friendly and efficient. However things have changed. She no longer does exams in the exam room - pets are taken in the back for everything including routine exams then she comes out to discuss after. When assistants and administrators make mistakes or fail to notify about policies in advance it never seems to be their fault and zero accountability is taken. The “Practice Manager” while usually friendly and helpful can also be annoyingly dismissive and passive aggressive in her gate keeper role. Case in point; after a particularly expensive visit and tests the receptionist called to tell me another expensive blood test was recommended to be added on to recent blood work. Of course I wanted to do the best thing for my dog and in order to make an informed decision I asked for Dr Morris to call me so I could ask questions and discuss with her directly. Expecting a call from Dr Morris the next day instead I got a call from her “Practice Manager”. After I repeated that I wanted to talk to Dr Morris directly a very tedious and unnecessarily contentious conversation followed with no resolution, no assurance that Dr Morris would call me, and only the suggestion that I call on Monday (this was a Friday) to make an appointment to see the doctor to discuss - which would have been too late to do the test on the current blood draw hence more added unnecessary expense. As of Monday night I never did get a call back from the doctor so I was left to consult vet friends and the internet. And of course I made an appointment with a new vet. Very disappointing. Looking forward to meeting my new vet who I understand does exams with the client in the exam room and more importantly, is happy to call clients, when requested, to discuss lab results. Sad that so many corners are being cut these days. I’m happy not everyone is.
