The owner John was super friendly, extremely professional, very knowledgeable and responded quickly to my mother’s chair lift not working. Was able to trouble shoot and get it back up and running in no time. Would highly recommend! I had tried several other companies 2 of which were not accepting new customers and the third would not help since the lift was not purchased through them. Premier elevator and lift responded to the call same day and saved the day for sure!

Never expecting to live in a home that would need an elevator, I am so thankful we found John. We have had our elevator for 2 years. Zero issues. John has done our preventative maintenance and is always professional. Highly recommend!
