Hello, I am Scot Kuhns owner and jeweler at Village Jewelry & Repair. I started at Lorain counties most trusted and finest jewelry store Brandau Jewelers until their closure in 2006. I started Village Jewelry in Grafton in 2009 taking with me the integrity and quality service from Brandaus. For 15 years we have created a bond with the wonderful residents of Grafton and surrounding communities. I can assure you that the negative review left to yelp is completely false and fabricated, the qouted statement was never said. I had to have my wedding ring with diamonds repaired. I broke a prong and had it repaired here. It looked new when I got it back and so reasonably priced. I would definitely go back. They are very courteous.
