I recently hired TK Excavating & Concrete to excavate and build a driveway extension to our new garage, prepare the pad for my pole building, and pour the concrete floor once the building was completed. Troy was great to work with and easy to communicate with. His crews did a fantastic job from start to finish.
The excavation team was excellent, and even the pole building company commented on how nice the pad was. During the driveway excavation, they discovered the ground was very soft, needed to be dug much deeper than expected, and required a lot more rock fill. TK excavating is a life saver. I was completely unaware of pricing , scope of work , everything. After getting numerous local quotes I was scared. I then reached out to TK and they walked me through the entire process , and came WAY out of their usual operating range to help me. If 7 stars was an option , I would give TK a 7 star rating. From start to finish , they checked all boxes. Communication , billing was surprisingly fluid , the employees were extremely professional AND THE JOB WAS DONE EARLY. thank you so much TK. Troy and his team are amazing! We had 4 rental properties that we wanted to change from using well water to city water lines. This involved connecting the city water line that was across the street from the properties. His team had to drill under the street, to bring the line over for each property, then connect the water line to each property. I thought these projects would take a long time to accomplish, but to my surprise Troy and his team were able to install each water line for each property in a day. Wow! I was blown away!
