TK Excavating & Concrete is a fully licensed and insured business that specializes in excavation and concrete work. They offer a wide range of services, including sewer, water, and storm drainage, basement water proofing, land clearing, driveway installation and tear outs, and pond construction. Customers have praised the company for their fast, friendly, and excellent service, as well as their great prices. The crew is professional and takes pride in their work, doing exceptionally good work preparing land and laying cement. They are informative regarding what needs to be done and follow through. They are always on time, very respectful and leave the yard/property as best they could. TK Excavating & Concrete went above and beyond by pouring gravel over their driveway and doing an amazing job. They were impressed with the crew's professionalism and attention to detail while removing and replacing their back patio and damaged drains. They also appreciated the extra cement pad that was created for a customer's boat and truck. When there was an emergency situation, they fit the customer into their schedule immediately, dug up the whole yard quickly, and the yard looked great when they were finished. TK Excavating & Concrete is highly recommended for their high-quality work and customer service.
I recently hired TK Excavating & Concrete to excavate and build a driveway extension to our new garage, prepare the pad for my pole building, and pour the concrete floor once the building was completed. Troy was great to work with and easy to communicate with. His crews did a fantastic job from start to finish.
The excavation team was excellent, and even the pole building company commented on how nice the pad was. During the driveway excavation, they discovered the ground was very soft, needed to be dug much deeper than expected, and required a lot more rock fill. TK excavating is a life saver. I was completely unaware of pricing , scope of work , everything. After getting numerous local quotes I was scared. I then reached out to TK and they walked me through the entire process , and came WAY out of their usual operating range to help me. If 7 stars was an option , I would give TK a 7 star rating. From start to finish , they checked all boxes. Communication , billing was surprisingly fluid , the employees were extremely professional AND THE JOB WAS DONE EARLY. thank you so much TK. Troy and his team are amazing! We had 4 rental properties that we wanted to change from using well water to city water lines. This involved connecting the city water line that was across the street from the properties. His team had to drill under the street, to bring the line over for each property, then connect the water line to each property. I thought these projects would take a long time to accomplish, but to my surprise Troy and his team were able to install each water line for each property in a day. Wow! I was blown away!
