“Allways Vinyl installed fencing in our backyard last year. When I went out this spring, I noticed a gap in the fencing. When I called to have someone repair this, I was told by the office that it would be 3-4 weeks for someone to fix this “simple” repair because they would only do it when someone was in the area. It’s been a month and I haven’t heard from anyone.Update: After leaving this review, I received a phone call on 4/1 saying that someone will be out this week to repair this. A gentleman kindly came out on 4/2 when it was raining to perform a 5-minute repair.Note: The installers are very kind and courteous people. They are very professional and get the job done. The office is not as easy to work with and was argumentative with me. I understand that this is a small business and scheduling can be challenging; however, that doesn’t give you the right to be critical of someone who left an honest review of their experience due to a lack of follow-up.“

“Windows were installed yesterday and look great! When we had the estimate done Scott did a great job explaining everything and did not pressure us to purchase. He was courteous about letting me decide on style of grids I wanted and let me text or call him several times. Donna in the office always returned my calls in a timely manner if I had questions, and I did!! Glenn and his crew did the installation, they were very professional and did an amazing job! At 7:30 AM they pulled into drive and were ready to work! Two men tore out and installed windows, another did trim inside and cleanup. 10 windows were installed and looking great and the crew of 3 were leaving by 11:15! I had anxiety about having the installation done, but they made it "look" easy because they knew what they were doing. I can't thank them enough for the great job! I would recommend checking out this company! Thanks Window Town of Youngstown for a great job!“

Although weather was not cooperating they kept in constant contact with me assuring my project will be completed when weather permits. Without my request-Upon completion they had a landscaper touch up a few small areas where delivery trucks muddied the lawn. Everything they said they delivered on and more. “We had our roof replaced in December a couple weeks before Christmas. Never having to replace a roof we were a little worried about the season and weather.We used a local company, Dan Faith Construction LLC after checking out his website reviews, a neighbor and BBB.His crew arrived very early in the morning and it was obvious immediately they had many years of experience. In addition to the roof, they replaced two skylights that were 20 years old and decaying. By the end of the day when all light was gone, they completed the job on day one and returned the next morning to clean up any debris.
